Longevity is a rapidly growing field of health and medicine focused on the science of how to live longer, with greater quality at any age - what we call PEAK Health.

According to U.S. Census Bureau data, people born today have the possibility of increasing their life expectancy to greater than 120 years of chronological age. This website and platform will provide the science and practical content to help actually extend your lifespan and healthspan.

Have you heard of Healthspan? It’s a critical part of longevity. Your healthspan is the portion of a person’s life where they are essentially in good health. Ideally, your healthspan should match as closely to your lifespan and being able to fully thrive until we pass away. The big goal when it comes to longevity is to slow or reverse the aging process through healthy behaviors, studied by researchers that have very promising results.

After years of working as a general surgeon, fixing people, and as a healthcare executive promoting health to avoid debilitating age-related diseases, my passion is normalizing the delivery of longevity science as the new paradigm of healthcare delivery.

The advances in DNA sequencing and editing that have occured over the last twenty years are allowing the opportunities for people to live longer and healthier. Our role is to challenge the status quo of healthcare delivery as we know it today by creating a platform and field for this new paradigm of living to your fullest potential.

PEAK Health is the convergence of population health, public health, and conventional forms of medicine with the goal of extending your “true” - or biological - age. Longevity science will have far reaching implications for the individual, but also society. It will impact the person who wants to feel better and perform at a higher potential, and it will help larger society by encouraging and normalizing healthy behaviors that lead to productivity.
